1. Handling inquiries and getting the enrollments done
2. Performing counseling & proper career guidance for students
3. Converting walk-ins into admissions
4. Resolving candidate queries relating to the course
5. Ability to communicate with senior-level management, to demonstrate counseling services over the phone
6. Achieving sales target month on month
7. Maintaining the follow-up database
