Rare Production is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth by effectively promoting and selling our wedding photography services. You will play a pivotal role in building and maintaining relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and delivering tailored solutions to meet their expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

Generate Sales Leads: Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities through various channels, including networking events, referrals, cold calling, and online platforms.

Client Consultation: Conduct thorough consultations with potential clients to understand their requirements, preferences, and budget constraints.

Proposal Development: Prepare customized proposals and presentations that effectively showcase our services and address the unique needs of each client.

Negotiation and Closing: Skillfully negotiate terms and pricing to secure contracts and close sales deals in a timely manner.

Relationship Management: Cultivate strong relationships with existing clients to foster repeat business and referrals. Follow up regularly to ensure client satisfaction and address any concerns.

Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to identify opportunities for growth and innovation.

Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and creative teams to develop promotional materials, campaigns, and strategies to attract new clients and enhance brand visibility.

Performance Tracking: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipeline status, and revenue forecasts. Analyze sales data to identify areas for improvement and optimize sales performance.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
Proven track record of success in sales in a similar role, preferably in the wedding or event industry.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients.
Excellent negotiation and persuasion abilities, with a focus on delivering value and exceeding customer expectations.
Self-motivated and target-driven, with a passion for sales and a willingness to go the extra mile to achieve results.
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, to accommodate client meetings and events.
