Job Description

Rare Production is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth by effectively promoting and selling our wedding photography services. You will play a pivotal role in building and maintaining relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and delivering tailored solutions to meet their expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate Sales Leads: Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities through various channels, including networking events, referrals, cold calling, and online platforms.
  • Client Consultation: Conduct thorough consultations with potential clients to understand their requirements, preferences, and budget constraints.
  • Proposal Development: Prepare customized proposals and presentations that effectively showcase our services and address the unique needs of each client.
  • Negotiation and Closing: Skillfully negotiate terms and pricing to secure contracts and close sales deals in a timely manner.
  • Relationship Management: Cultivate strong relationships with existing clients to foster repeat business and referrals. Follow up regularly to ensure client satisfaction and address any concerns.
  • Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to identify opportunities for growth and innovation.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and creative teams to develop promotional materials, campaigns, and strategies to attract new clients and enhance brand visibility.
  • Performance Tracking: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipeline status, and revenue forecasts. Analyze sales data to identify areas for improvement and optimize sales performance.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
    • Proven track record of success in sales in a similar role, preferably in the wedding or event industry.
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients.
    • Excellent negotiation and persuasion abilities, with a focus on delivering value and exceeding customer expectations.
    • Self-motivated and target-driven, with a passion for sales and a willingness to go the extra mile to achieve results.
    • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
    • Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, to accommodate client meetings and events.
