• Shift time: Day/ Nightshift 
• Education: Under Graduate or Graduate degree in any specification from an accredited institution.
• Experience
• 0-1 year
• Can be from any background, i.e. IT, Hospitality, Travel & Tourism industry etc.
• Freshers can be considered but should have the acumen to serve the requirement.

Job Role

• As a Call Centre Staff Executive, your duties will entail:
• Answering calls from customers and noting their distresses or queries and provide the necessary solution to them by connecting them to the right resources as per procedure and protocol.
• Responding efficiently and accurately to callers, explaining possible solutions, and ensuring that clients feel supported and valued
• Engaging in active listening with callers, confirming or clarifying information and diffusing angry clients, as needed
• Building relationships with customers and other team members based on trust and reliability
• Utilizing software, databases, scripts, and tools appropriately
• Making sales or recommendations for products or services that may best suit customer’s needs
• Taking part in training and other learning opportunities to expand knowledge of the company and position
• Adhering to all company policies and procedures
• Other Requirements
• Experience in Customer care and voice process preferably international process
• Ability to understand various international accents
• Exceptional customer service, active listening, and verbal and written communication skills, professional phone voice.
• Understanding of company products, services, and policies.
• Skills
• Proficiency with computers and strong typing skills.
• Ability to ask prying questions and diffuse tense situations.
• Strong time management and decision making skills.
• Adaptability and accountability.
• Fluency in multiple languages may be desired.
• Good logical and reasoning ability
