To train junior & Senior Counselors and help convert their leads into prospects.
To train Tele-callers with nuances of counseling and prospecting for shortlisting students.
To be one point of contact for counselors and provide solutions to their enquiries
Help the team to convert the enquiries into registrations that lead to Admissions.
To involve in promotional activities of Universities and available courses.
To have a good understanding of the revenue generation from registration.
To ensure that the admission sales target of the team & individually are met.
Counseling the shortlisted Students and Parents about various Courses and colleges in India & Abroad.
To create a sustained pipeline of registrations and admissions and provide the company with a future revenue forecast on a monthly basis.
