College degree required
Compliance, Operational Risk or Auditing experience (5+ years)
Data management and query writing experience using SQL (5+ years)
Strong technological background and ability to manipulate data extracted from systems of record
Working knowledge of all Microsoft applications
General understanding of Bank Secrecy Act (BSA),Anti-Money Laundering (AML),Know Your Customer (KYC) and Customer Identification Program (CIP) regulatory requirements
Analytical, research and problem solving, skills with the ability to analyze large amounts of data
Ability to manage numerous tasks and confidential and sensitive information in a professional manner
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to summarize and present findings in a clear and concise manner
Works well individually and in team environments
