Describe the scope of the role:

  • Sensitize identified stakeholder groups about the Centre of Excellence (CoE) scope, benefits, project updates and changes in the modus operandi of CoE and Retained Organisation by delivering targeted messages through communication vehicles like Newsletters, Project Update Mailers, Floor Roadshows, Brand Collateral, Presentations, Quiz etc.

Primary objectives

·         Finalize communication vehicles, and create communication roadmap for all stages of the project

  • Execution of 100% communication vehicles/activities agreed in communication roadmap  

·         Anchor the process of content creation, design and production of all communication and collateral online and offline (brochures, flyers, mailers and others) and be the single point of contact for entire CoE in producing content for internal or external communication

·         Collabrate with corporate communication team, stakeholders and agencies to deliver communication activities

  • Lead and drive organisational change management activties for the entire CoE and the retained organization

·         Responsible for developing and sharing content for communication with design teams/agency for regular requirements

·         Timely delivery of creatives from design teams/agency
