Key Responsibilities

• Collect, maintain and study local consumer and market trends to help team vivo compete in the

market.

• To formulate, develop and implement new strategies along with the finance partner in order to

improve business performance and work towards the common goal of sales increment and brand

visibility.

• Driving sales with regional teams and dealers by training and assisting them to solve finance

partner operational queries.

• Coordination with HO team for better implementation of consumer finance offers in the respective

market.

• Competition mapping for the assigned set of finance partners.

• Financial management of the account in terms of Invoicing, billing disputes, settlement and

revenue realization

• Expected to identify, pre-empt and help to resolve any operational problems with finance partner.

• Provide continuous service and managing end to end life cycle of the regional EMI finance

portfolio.

• Operate all processes within pre-determined compliances and defined processes.

• Regular Audit in the market and help control fraud.

• Coordinate with HO team for Data management/ Analysis and implementation of desired policies.

• Accordant with responsibility area

• Takes new viewpoint using existing solutions; use best practices and knowledge.

• Set priorities to ensure task completion; coordinates work activities with other team members.

• Gather market information to have an insight about the brand performance and its competition

positioning Work Relations


Within: Cross functional and Department synchronization of daily processes.

Outside: Business relationships with existing finance partner and professional associations.

Desired Experience and skill • Strong interpersonal and relationship skills

• Proven problem solving and decision making skills

• Good oral and written communication skills.

• Excellent Analytical skills (planning, operational),Excel working should be excellent.

• Ability to work well and quickly under pressure

• Bachelors / Master’s degree in Business Administration is preferred. Graduate in any steam is

minimum qualification.


• Candidates from Bajaj Finance/ Capital First/ Home Credit/ HDB or any other banking services is

preferred. Desired Personal Qualities

• Minimum experience of 4~6 years.

• Positive approach and highly motivated to learn and grow within the organization

• Ability to communicate with senior executives
