Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Talking to our CA and looking into company tax compliances and documentation
2. Working on shareholder agreements, tax laws, and operational work related to it
3. Training yourself with the CA and preparing yourself to become an internal CA for the company as you mature
4. Conducting account compliance research at a global level - US and UK to start with
5. Working on getting the agreement work done and getting signatures from directors from different locations within Hyderabad
6. Will work on Auditing , Accounting, Taxation (Income Tax & GST & TDS filing and other compliances),Payroll, MIS , Company Secretarial compliances like filing statutory forms with ROC, Preparing minutes etc.
Qualification:
B.Com (Accounts & Finance),CA Final
