Responsibilities:
Assists in phone and online booking and reservations;
Manages phone calls and provide advice on approaching the clinic – book appointments;
Provides directions and assistance to patients at the clinic;
Consults patients about products, pricing regulations and discount strategy;
Performs cashier related functions like posting charges to patient accounts;
Thoroughly understands and adhere to payment and cash handling policies and procedures;
Reports any unusual occurrences or requests to the line manager;
Follows all safety and emergency procedures;
Maintains the cleanliness and neatness of the front desk area;
Requirements:
Excellent communication skills.
Proficient Excel software and familiarity with electronic equipment (e.g. cash register, card payment terminals);
Good organization and multi-tasking abilities;
Strong communication and Problem solving skills;
Customer satisfaction-oriented;
Attention to detail and mathematical skills;
