Job Description

FINANCE AND ACCOUNTS:

Preparing books of account, daily bank reconciliation, and treasury day to day work and preparing MIS.
Team handling and co-ordination with the site accountants.
Finalization of Annual Financial Statements & also compilation/consolidation with audit team reply of internal / statutory auditor.
Consolidation of accounts.Preparation of the Annual Financial Plan and Working Capital Requirement for the projects.
Gathering fund requirements and utilization report from respective project & analyzing & transferring the fund Verification & reconciliation of Invoices & documents of vendors and contractors.
Overseeing inventory, accounts receivables & payable control, ageing preparation.Monitoring of Daily Progress Report (DPR) and Daily Material Report (DMR).
Vendors payment.

TAXATION

Ensuring compliances of all statutory requirements under GST, Income Tax, TDS, VAT, Service Tax, Provident Fund, Professional Tax, E.S.I.C Calculation and payment of Advance Taxc) BANKING.
Managing and overseeing banking transactions.Preparation and submission of CMA data and stock statement.
Dealing with the banks on equipment financing, Bank Guarantee and working capital
arrangement.
Coordinating with the bankers on limits and facilities.

AUDIT

Assist in statutory audit and finalization of group companies including tax audit.
Assisting Stock Auditor in carry out stock audit and correspondence related works.
Coordinating with statutory auditors, internal auditors and stock auditors.
