CHAT SUPPORT
Customer chat support representatives for products and services. Handling and resolving customer complaints regarding products and services.
· Perform daily chat volume to meet KPI set by the company
· Promote and sell our website to the new sign up a customer
· Immediately converting and retain customers according to the company’s direction
· Handling and resolving customer complaints regarding product sales to customer service problems.
· Providing customers with the organization’s service and product information.
· Identifying, escalating priority issues and reporting to the high-level management.
· Following up on complicated customer calls where required.
· Completing chat notes and chat reports as necessary and following up with CRM leads.
Required Skills
· Excellent communication skills, including verbal with proper grammar with required languages.
· Required language:*Bangla(Read and write) English(Read and write) mandatory.*
· Ability to work with others in a close manner.
· Good multitasking skills.
· Able to work under pressure
· Self-motivation
· Able to react effectively and calmly in emergencies.
· Able to maintain customer confidentiality.
· Comfortable doing all the shifts (24/7).
