JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Handling queries according to standard procedures and within agreed targets in order to ensure Participant satisfaction.
  
• Resolve customer queries that a high standard of customer service is maintained.
  
• Contribute to the team through open and regular communication with peers/ supervisors.
  
• Minimize customer complaints and escalations by providing exceptional service and call control.
  
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills and thought process.
  

Familiar with MS Office - MS Excel & Word, Typing Speed
Salary :  2.00 LPA + incentive

Experience : 0 to 11 Months

Transport - Both sides transport
Timings - 24*5 / two weekly off

ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA:

• Degree : Bachelor's Degree required -B.A, BCA, B.Com, BSC , BBA, BHM,GNIIT , B-Tech in all stream, 
  
• 0 to 11 months of work experience only into BPO/KPO/Customer service Industry.
  
• Any 2 years regular post-graduation Professional Degree holder can apply
