CIB – Cash Operations – Transaction Processing Manager - Associate

Key Responsibilities:
- The Cash Projects Associate will support the team to achieve the wider TCIO led Cash as an Asset (CaaA) initiative for Intraday Matching and Intraday Liquidity program by doing detailed analysis across the three functional pillars – Integrity, Lifecycle and Information.
Key responsibilities will include (but are not limited to):
- Detailed analysis which would include partnering with technology team to enhance the strategic feed on the applications and improve matching rates
- Remediation of the E2E Feed Lifecycle
- Support UA testing
- Project management of specified deliverables
- End to end ownership for the delivery of the automation
- Change Management – control change process and document change
- Develop MIS to be published to the stakeholders on the progress of the project
- Education and partnering with Global Cash Management team, ensuring they:
- Understand the build and the benefits which they will get from the project
- Change Management in place and are audit ready
Skills (Required):
- Analysis. Ability to source, manipulate and analyse large data sets. Present finding in a compelling manner and plan effective remediation. Extensive excel, SQL and tableau experience is desirable.
- Project and Change Management. Execution focused and risk aware. Challenge the status quo and be disciplined in implementing project plans.
- Problem solver who has the ability to articulate clear and workable solutions
- Promotes partnership; encourages collaboration, information sharing and discussion to break down silos
- Process design. Understand the strategic objective and work to a pre-agreed framework
- Has full end-to-end ownership for release management including; UAT script collation, engagement with Tech to close out any issues identified, communication to Ops ahead of the weekend, weekend UAT testing and organization for PVT, communication post weekend release on success/issues and continued management of issues post the release.
- Escalates issues and concerns in a timely manner
Skills (Optional):
- Knowledgeable of banking functions, specifically, in one or more of the following areas: Finance, Network, Reconciliations, Cash Management, Risk and Controls
- Process design. Understand the strategic objective and work to a pre-agreed framework
- Experience using business analysis techniques and/or other relevant capabilities, such as data mining, process mapping, process improvement, measurement frameworks
- Knowledge of end-to-end technology lifecycle
- Builds/promotes a client/customer centred organization
- Experience of Industrialisation of new processes
- Experience of working in an Agile Environment
- Experience of the following application:Confluence/Jira, Microsoft products and Business intelligence applications such as Tableau/QlikView
