Key Responsibilities would include:-
- Provide overall supervision to the staff during his/ her shift operating window 24X6, includes Sunday Working.
- Ensure that all work items are completed as per the agreed SLA for multiple clearings, i.e. SEPA, BACS, CECOBAN, FPS, ACSS, EMZ, Bankserve & Network Expansion Countries.
- Monitor the job batches, submission of files to ensure it is completed within the cut-off within iPay and Legacy GACH Platforms.
- Identify opportunities for improving the efficiency of the process.
- Identify the training requirements of the team members and work with the Associate on providing the required trainings
- Establish excellent relationships with the client operations site with whom the team will need to interact on a regular basis.
- Prepare the weekly / monthly MIS reports.
- Track the changes to the procedures and ensure that the team is fully aware of the changes.
- Ensure hourly checklist/Job batch checklist should be updated.
- Ensure EOD tasks and checklist is completed across sites without Gaps.
- Over a period of time, should be able to engage with partners as a Product SME for multiple clearings.
- Will be responsible for completion of all tasks assigned to the HUB.
Qualification:
- Graduate with Minimum 4 to 5 years — Financial Operations Processing experience.
- Strong team management experience in similar environment.
- Experience and a working knowledge of various aspects of International Payment Processing Operations, specifically for Low value markets (Batch Processing). 3 years of experience in a back office operations of a reputed foreign bank or it’s processing arm/private sector bank/public sector bank as a supervisor would be beneficial.
- Working Knowledge of SWIFTS & international payment conventions & practices is a must.
- Good Interpersonal skills to be able to communicate internally & externally and at all levels.
- Excellent written & oral communication skills in English.
- Good people management skills.
- A proactive approach to problem solving, taking ownership of issues and having the determination to follow through. Escalate issues as appropriate.
- Ability to use creative problem solving techniques to solve business issues.
- An acute client focus.
- Strong PC, project management, and analytical skills.
- Knowledge of MS Access, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
- Experience of working / partnering with Risk, Audit and Compliance to ensure that the overall organizational objectives are met.
