Job Description

Day to day sales accounting, dispatches, and booking of sales revenue.Preparation budget of VIC / VLC cost of OTC and tracking the actual.Monthly provisioning of OTC – VIC/VLC cost in the books.Reconciliation of sales data available in syspro and distributors system if any.Monthly Reconciliation with CFA for pending claims and settlement thereof. Processing of claims of CFA / CISP and Distributors on regular basis as per agreement and obtain an NDC. Tracking of Claims and ensure adequate provisioning in books.Collection reconciliation with corporations, Distributors and retail markets.Tracking of Manual credit notes for Breakages and accounting at the time of receipt of collection from corporation. Furnishing all the required details to internal & External Auditors.
