Key Responsibility:
1. To Make outbound calls to clients ( verification Calls & Welcome Calls).
2. To cross-selling financial products to existing customers and Collect References.
3. Coordination with clients through mail & call to for resolving their queries.
4. Preparing reports & Sharing with seniors on a daily & weekly basis
Key Skill Required:
1. Good communication Skills & Interpersonal Skills
2. Good Knowledge of Life Insurance products.
3. Having Experience in Inbound & Outbound processes will be an advantage
