As a Client Service Manager you need to enable seamless handling of the backend and operational requirements to keep the investment process hassle free and paperless wherever possible.

The qualities expected in a service manager includes:

· Speed in execution of transactions where you need to follow through on execution of the required actions for the investment.

· Attention to detail as you will need to be careful about the smallest aspect of a transaction both, online and offline.

· Outcome oriented where you need to ensure market opportunities are not just identified but also carried through as per plan.

· Providing help and advice to customers using our organization’s products or services;

· Communicating courteously with customers via telephone, email, letter and face to face;

· Keeping accurate records of discussions or correspondence with customers. Sending welcome and other email from time to time on portfolio and market Updates.

· Analyzing various statistical data like Mutual Fund Performance, Loan Details etc

· Improving customer service procedures, policies and standards for our organization or department

· Training staff to deliver a high standard of customer service

· Ensuring Compliance requirement is taken care of.

· Learning about our organization’s products or services and keeping up to date with changes;

· Keeping ahead of developments in customer service by reading relevant journals, going to meetings and attending seminars and fund manager events.
