Key responsibilities:
1. Collaborate with the client servicing team to understand client goals, requirements, and preferences
2. Assist in the development and execution of social media strategies to meet client objectives
3. Schedule and publish social media posts using appropriate tools and platforms
4. Monitor social media channels for comments, messages, and mentions, and respond promptly while maintaining the brand's voice and tone
5. Conduct research on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging social media platforms to provide insights and recommendations to the team
6. Compile and analyse social media performance metrics, preparing regular reports for clients to showcase campaign effectiveness
7. Collaborate with the creative team to develop visual assets, such as graphics, videos, and infographics, that resonate with the target audience
8. Attend client meetings and contribute insights and ideas to enhance social media
strategies
Job Specifications/Qualification:
Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in marketing, communications, advertising, or a related field
Understanding of social media platforms and their respective audiences
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail
Previous experience in social media management or customer service is advantageous but not required
