Responsibilities and Duties
1) Handling calls and enquiries.
2) Answering incoming and outgoing calls, telecalling, coordinating and booking
appointments, arranging follow-up dates with reminders.
3) Hospitality management of clients like attending and Handling Clients,
taking good care of them while they wait.
4) Managing day to day activities at clinic.
5) Maintaining records of OT procedures and instruments
6) Maintaining Inventory
7) Should have excellent communication skills, humble with a pleasing
personality and fluency in English is a must.
8) Basic computer knowledge and MS Office
Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications
Good communication skills
Basic computer knowledge
Experience as an front desk executive.
Experience in skin and laser treatments will be preferred.
Fluent English with Excellent Communication Skills.
Contract length: 11 months
