The main responsibilities for this role will be:

Building up the Mother Army across India via online & offline marketing methods
Developing and executing an engagement strategy that will make the Mothers identify with Together for Her and will do everything to find and onboard pregnant women for Together for Her
Single threaded owner for the key events for Together for Her. This person will be responsible for marketing and program management of all online and offline events.
Networking and Brand building of the offline community
Finding & executing partnerships that could provide us with more Mother Army Mothers
Developing and executing new ideas for driving engagement goals both online and offline.
Compile, analyze, and present performance metrics
Oversee the offline retention strategy
Work closely with the creative team to review and optimise assets.
We are looking for a candidate that:
Bachelor's degree in marketing, business or related fields.
5 years’ previous experience as a marketing associate, community manager, or related position
Entrepreneurial thinking & Do-er, independent work ethic and strong organizational skills
Solution-oriented, not problem oriented
Ability to handle frequent and disruptive changes
Ability to identify new and responsive audiences.
Should be extrovert, motivator, inspirational speaker and superb networker.
Strong eye for project and budget management whilst delivering good ROI through commercial thinking
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Hindi & English, Marathi preferre

At Together for Her we have only one goal: Eliminate all preventable maternal deaths. We do this by providing access to affordable & high quality maternal healthcare services all across India. We work together with over a 1000 hospitals, and partner with the best of them to offer Bundled Antenatal & Postnatal care services. We have a Maternal Health Platform that connects providers with mothers, provides knowledge to pregnant women about their pregnancy, makes sure they attend the necessary care appointments and collects feedback to improve the Quality of Care at hospitals.

For this role, we are looking for someone who is passionate about building communities. We need to reach more women in India, and especially those that are not connected that much to the internet. We are building a Mother Army, a distribution network of mothers across India that all share the same drive: Eliminating Preventable Maternal Deaths. And we are looking for someone to build & lead this wave of change.
