Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Preparing notice and agenda for the board and board committee meetings
2. Preparing minutes for board committee meetings and drafting board resolutions for these meetings
3. Conducting general meetings of the bank
4. Ensuring compliance relating to Companies Act 2013 as amended by the Companies Amendment Act 2017
5. Maintaining statutory registers prescribed under the Companies Act, 2013
6. Filing statutory forms prescribed under the Companies Act at the Registrar of Companies
7. Ensuring compliances relating to SEBI (listing obligations and disclosure requirement) Regulations, 2015 and the regulatory filings to SEBI
8. Preparing directors report, corporate governance report and annual report of the bank
9. Attending various management committee meetings and preparing minutes of those meetings
10. Reporting to the Reserve Bank of India and ensuring compliance with RBI circulars
