1. Overseeing all statutory Compliances under the provisions of the Companies Act and rules thereof, SEBI Regulations, LLP Act and Rules, FEMA Regulations etc.
2. Conducting AGM/EGM, Board Meetings and Committee meetings as required under Companies Act involving issuance of notices, drafting agenda, recording Minutes, circulation of Minutes, drafting of annual report and other related assignments and co-ordination with Board Members, redressal of Investor grievances on SCORES Platform and queries, acting as a point of contact with shareholders, RTA, NSE, SEBI, CDSL, NSDL, MCA etc.
3. Filing of various Returns, Disclosures under the Companies Act, 2013, SEBI Regulations including Half Yearly & Quarterly Compliances. Keep track of all the necessary compliances (other than Companies Act, SEBI, FEMA, etc.) applicable to the Company and will be checked during Secretarial Audit.
4. Provide legal, financial and/or strategic advice during and outside of meetings, representing the organization before Local statutory Authorities, State / Central Government and managing various types of assignments related to MCA / ROC, RBI, SEBI etc.
5. Work with all the administrative departments and identify all the legal requirements that they must comply with and ensure such compliance. Implementing processes or systems to help ensure good management of the organization or compliance with legislation.
6. Handle correspondence, collate information, write reports and communicate decisions to relevant company stakeholders and other regulatory authorities.
7. Liaise with external regulators, external professionals and advisers such as lawyers and auditors. Liaison with officials of RTA, NSE, SEBI, CDSL, NSDL and other regulatory authorities for obtaining necessary sanctions and ensuring compliance with various statutory obligations.
8. Keep up to date with any regulatory or statutory changes and policies that might affect the organization.
