To help us grow, we are looking for
interns in our customer success team who can help us build our community from scratch and play a crucial role in community engagement.
This is a great opportunity to join us early and be part of next generation banking. Of course, a

Key Responsibilities
- Help us to build the foundation of our help centre and customer support
- Write or edit customer facing FAQs and answers as per our brand communication guideline
- Identify customers’ needs and gaps in our content and recommend new topics
- Coordinate with marketing and design teams to illustrate articles
Required skills
- Obsession with customer satisfaction and product-first thought process
- Excellent writing and communication skills tailored towards Millennials
- Portfolio of published articles/blogs
- Any previous experience of building/managing community, forum, groups at scale
- Natural inclination towards structured thinking and finding order in chaos
- Familiar or comfortable with basic markup languages like: HTML, Markdown
- Extrovert, lively, creative, tech savvy and out-of-the box thinker
