JD for Control Room Executive:
Technical Support Executive (Control Room Executive)
1. Monitoring Live site alarms for Bank branches and ATM’s as well as other clients.
2. Maintain Logbook for all open alarms.
3. Maintain site visit details of the engineer visit during service calls.
4. To initiate a video verification in case of any alarm/ticket and maintain a record and also escalate to the senior officials if necessary
5. Maintain a log for video online offline report
6. Prepare and maintain daily site reports for various parameters
7. Resolving technical issues faces at the sites remotely
8. Co -ordinating with the support team as well as software team in case of on sites problems faced by the client
