About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Explain/Brief about the SmallBzr upskilling program and offerings to students/graduates/job seekers
2. Research, generate and find new contacts
3. Build/Groom student database
4. Address questions and objections
5. Influence, build trust, inform, convince/convert as part of a trust-based, helping, and consultative approach
6. Arrange the meetings for new inquiries
7. Send emails, messages, or call the students and direct marketing communications
8. Work in the end-to-end student admission process/cycle, as needed
9. Work with conversion targets (minimal/reasonable)
