Key Responsible Areas (KRAs): 

• To reach out & counsel all expectant parents (Target group) who come to the approved hospitals/clinics assigned by the office.
• To pick up a conversation with the Target group and educate them on basic knowledge about Cord Blood Stem Cells and their future applications.
• To distribute educational material to all the Target group during the OPD time at the hospitals/clinics.
• To collect the required data from all the Target group who has shown interest in our concept. 
• To maintain proper reports for all the leads generated and to enter the same on the CRM software on a day to day basis.
• To follow up with the leads generated over the phone and fix up an appointment for the Sales team to make a detailed presentation on the concept.
• To arrange and manage Ante-natal class in this hospital and give presentations to the Target group.
• Any other work as assigned by the superior from time to time
