To assist customers in solving queries related to feedback, requests, complaints. Ensuring timely and professional responses to all the queries, requests & complaints received
Responsibilities
• Handle queries and complaints of customers on Email, Calls.
• Problem Solving Efficiency
• Energetic, friendly and approachable individuals who understand the importance of great customer service
• Responsible to deliver high quality and productivity results that meet the identified targets
• Strong ability to multitask and take fast decisions independently
• Maintains composure and patience with customers.
Note -Candidate having Chargeback and fraud process knowledge, will be advantage.
At least 1year experience in customer service, fraud &chargeback management process is preferred.
Eligibility Criteria
• Should be graduate in any stream
• Should have good communication skills (English & Hindi)
• Should have good knowledge of MS Excel
• Freshers with exceptional communication skills can also apply
