Responsibilities
● Overseeing the customer service process.
● Resolving customer complaints brought to your attention.
● Conducting quality assurance surveys with customers and providing feedback to the staff.
● Possessing excellent product knowledge to enhance customer support,
● Establishing a positive rapport with all clients and customers via phone.
● Interacting with customers to ensure they have a desirable and shareable experience.
Requirements:
● Graduate with 1 year voice experience in Travel Process
● Communication and thought process has to be good.
● Excellent communication skills.
● Must be fluent in English
● Must be comfortable working from the office.
Shift Timings - 5 days working - Male - 6 am - 12 am (any 9 (nine) hours shift)
Female - 6 am - 8 pm (any 9 (nine) hours shift)
Job Location : Noida
Job Type: Full Time
Remuneration: 3.96 – 4.80 Lakhs (In hand)
