Key responsibilities:
1. Customer Engagement
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via various communication channels, including email, phone, and ticket queries
- Provide information about our services to customers
- Address and resolve customer concerns, and Ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction through effective communication.
2. Celebrity Relations:
- Act as a primary point of contact for celebrities associated with the brand.
-Coordinate and facilitate communication between the company and celebrities for order completion.
- Taking care of their payments
- Handle queries or concerns from celebrities professionally.
3. Communication:
- Draft and send personalized responses to both customer and celebrity inquiries.
- Maintain a friendly and approachable tone in all communications.
4. Issue Resolution:
- Resolve issues raised by customers and celebrities on time.
- Collaborate with relevant departments such as onboarding, tech, marketing, and sales to address and resolve more complex concerns.
5. Brand Ambassador:
- Represent the brand positively with customers and celebrities.
- Contribute ideas for enhancing the overall customer and celebrity experience.
Qualifications:
1. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
2. Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
