Job Description: -
Ø Ensure complete and correct information is transferred to the customer on every call
Ø Meet call quality above 80% Adherence to process & scripts
Ø Should handle the customers confidently and assertively
Ø Ensure 100% customer satisfaction on all the calls handled and improve the overall CSAT
Ø Should be fine with rotational week offs as per the process requirement
Ø Ensure minimum login hours are met
Ø Meet the basic process metrics management like Dial out, ACHT, Connects, and Leads per day, meeting rate, conversion rate, Survey %, Conversion C-SAT scores, Call quality scores, Product test scores. etc. as defined for his level.
Ø Reporting basic escalation to supervisor
