Job Description:

Stay updated on product knowledge, company policies, and industry trends to provide accurate information and support to customers.
Requirements:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (additional language proficiency is a plus).
Proven customer service experience in a similar role, preferably in a BPO or customer-centric environment.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to empathize with customers to ensure positive interactions.
Flexibility to work in rotational shifts and adapt
