• Handling flight ticket related queries / requests in inbound calls, E-mails etc. efficient customer service. 
  
• Responding to customer service enquiries via phone and e- mail.
  
• Inbound Customer Service 
  
• Handling inbound calls related to pre / post travel queries from Customers worldwide
  
• Assisting customer with making a reservation/ modification/ cancellation & Flight Information
  
• Providing Excellent Customer Service
  

Salary & Perks

• CTC - 12000 PM (Fresher) + Incentives (up to 4K- Depends on performance)
  
• CTC - 15000 PM (Experienced) + Incentives (up to 4K- Depends on performance)
