Reporting to : Manager / Team Leader – Operations

 Company is looking for Process Associate for Customer Care role (Voice). The position is for process engaged into providing customer services.

Responsibilities and Duties

• To ensure various SLA’s like quality, abandon%, AHT, Customer Call back rate & efficient customer service are met
• To be able to respond to customer service inquiries via phone and e- mail.
• Track individual productivity on various reports
• Keep knowledge base updated through usage of BSA web tool, Voyager

Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications

• Communication: Good written and oral communication skills
• Education qualification: Graduate in any discipline/Under graduates drop outs

Interview Process : HR + VNA.
