Job role:-

Quality HNI  Customer leads provided by company do cold calling Explanning the real estate projects and fixup the appointment on calls

Maintain good relationship with the customer by interacting on calls

Maintain Dialy based MIS report of daily activity you do

Use the marketing/Presentation skills on calls to fix appointments
Mandatory Skills:-

• 3 C's quality( confidence,convincing,communication)
• Required candidate from sales and marketing( real estate company candidate added advantage)
• Required carrer oriented and salef motivated and active candidate for our corporate  company
  

note:- no  over target/pressure .           just concentrate on fixing quality appointments using marketing skills
