Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Respond promptly and efficiently to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat, ensuring exceptional service is provided at all times
2. Assist in resolving customer complaints and issues, aiming for quick and effective solutions
3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer feedback is addressed and escalated appropriately
4. Maintain accurate customer records and update our CRM system with relevant information
5. Attending the phone leads and converting them.
6. Assist in developing and implementing customer service policies and procedures to enhance overall service quality
7. Work on outbound calls and lead generation
