Role Description
This is a full-time on-site internship for Tech and Customer Support, located in Jaipur. As a Tech and Customer Support intern, you will be responsible for providing technical support to customers through various channels such as email, phone, and chat. You will work closely with the Technical team to resolve customer issues and ensure customer satisfaction. Other responsibilities include monitoring and tracking customer complaints, escalating issues to the appropriate department, and maintaining a detailed record of all customer interactions. This job requires travelling to on site events for Tech Support to the Clients.
Qualifications
Pursuing or recently graduated with a degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
Familiarity with customer service software, databases, and tools.
Excellent problem-solving skills.
Strong attention to detail.
Highly motivated and eager to learn.
