Job description
· Responsible to Maintain customer satisfaction by providing the best customer service to the customer over the calls/emails.
· Responsible to Answer incoming customer phone calls and take appropriate action for each call.
· Assist customer on query and order fulfilment.
· Responsible for bringing more sales through Upsell / Cross selling.
Desired Candidate Profile: Fluency in written and spoken English.
Must possess good persuasion skills.
