VASO Energy Solutions is looking for a female Customer Service Executive.

As a Customer Service Executive, you will play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction and retention. Your primary responsibility will be to interact with customers, address inquiries, resolve complaints, and provide information about our services. You will serve as the direct point of contact between the company and its customers, representing the brand and upholding its reputation for exceptional service.

Responsibilities:

Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat

Resolve customer complaints in a professional and timely manner

Provide accurate information about services

Maintain customer records by updating account information

Identify and escalate priority issues to appropriate channels

Ensure customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving

Collaborate with other departments to address customer needs efficiently

Strive to meet or exceed performance targets regarding customer satisfaction, resolution time, etc.

Requirements:

Prior experience in a customer service role is preferred but not mandatory

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

Patient and empathetic attitude towards customers

Ability to multi-task and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment

Familiarity with CRM systems and practices is a plus

A strong desire to help people and resolve issues effectively

A high school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications will be a plus

Open to work in night shift (US timings 6:30 PM – 3:30 AM),5 days a week (Mon -Fri)
