We are looking for a Customer Service Trainer to educate our support, sales and customer service teams. Customer Service Trainer responsibilities include facilitating on-the-job coaching, developing educational material and organizing training sessions for new hires.
Responsibilities :-
-Set clear team goals
-Delegate tasks and set deadlines
-Oversee day-to-day operation
-Monitor team performance and report on metrics
-Motivate team members
-Discover training needs and provide coaching
–Encourage creativity and risk-taking
-Suggest and organize team building activities
Requirements:-
- In-depth knowledge of performance metrics
- Good PC skills, especially MS Excel
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Organizational and time-management skills
- Decision-making skills
Salary:- ₹15,000 to - ₹30,000 /month
Working Days:- Monday to Saturday
