We are a SaaS (software-as-a-service) company. We also provide supporting services such as websites and digital marketing which are popular with customers. We work with accommodation owners and operators and specialize in the serviced apartment sector.
The
role
We're looking for an individual, who is looking to build a career in a key customer-facing role. Our Customer Success Executive
works as part of our Concierge team, building long-lasting relationships with their assigned customers, working with them to achieve greatness – from helping them in making the most of their system, to consulting with them on best practice and opportunities
to help them grow and develop their business.
Be an expert in the system: Develop in-depth and comprehensive knowledge
of the functionality available
Monitor
the helpdesk (phone and
email): Keep the levels of tickets and response times in the agreed service level. Actively
work to resolve client requests either personally or by involving your team members.
Excellent communicator: You are on a team that represents the company
and our product to our clients.
Technical
skills: You
need to become
a trouble-shooting expert who can think logically to ask
the right questions and locate the issue
Requirements
- Practical
experience and/or education in at least
two of these
areas
- information systems user support
- software user support in the hospitality industry
- front desk operations & reservations or similar guest services in serviced apartments, hotel, resort, spa.
- Able
to self-manage, prioritise goals effectively and set own targets
independently
- Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint
- Knowledge of PMS or CRM and/or
ticket handling system
(preferred)
- Education: University level degree
- Freshers can apply as long as you have the willingness to learn.
- Requires work during customers' business hours during evening
hours when on scheduled support shifts or
when on stand-by support duty. These duties will
include weekends and holidays. (ideally only once a month)
- IMPORTANT: You will be employed as a contractor (permanent),not as an employee.
- You will need to work on UK timings from 8 am - 5 pm.
- You will need to be residing around Morjim (Goa) not more than 15 minutes away.
- Since you will be employed as a contractor, you will need to have your own laptop, keyboard, mouse, monitor.
- You will also need to have your own internet connection. (preferably not compulsory).
- Expected salary: Between Rs 35,000 - 45,000/- per month (depending on experience)
