Key Responsibilities:
Initial Hand-Holding for Doctors: Provide in-depth training and real-time support to doctors during their initial experience with the AI-based EMR system.

After-Training Support: Offer ongoing technical and user-related support to ensure a smooth transition and adoption of the system.

Multi-Departmental Training: Extend training to other crucial departments, including optometry, booking and billing, IPD, optical, inventory, and pharmacy.

Travel: Must be willing and able to travel frequently to different branch locations for training and support.

Collaboration: Serve as a liaison between the technical team and hospital staff to address issues effectively and suggest improvements.



Requirements
Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
Excellent communication skills in Hindi, English, both written and verbal.
Computer knowledge is a must.
Quick to grasp technical concepts, especially those related to software and AI.
Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative team spirit.
Willingness to travel as per business requirements.
Experienced candidates are also encouraged to apply and may transition into Customer Success & operational roles.
