Job responsibilities
Respond to customer queries in timely and accurate way via chat
Identify needs and help address them
Analyse and report service requests (New enquiries, Existing case, etc)
Update internal database with enquiry information
Share features and effectively work around with team members
Follow-up with customers for resolution of requests
Job requirements
Graduate in any discipline
Min 2 yrs of work experience with BPOs in Customer Interface role
Excellent written and spoken English
Familiarity with Help desk software
Multi tasking abilities
