Responsibilities: 
  • Handle online party inquiries & help them book through email and phone calls. 
  • To be able to answer customer inquiries using the standard guidelines properly. 
  • Take ownership of the customer queries and proactively following through to resolution. 
Required skills:
  • Extremely interested in taking calls with sharp focus on targets. 
  • Good convincing skills 
  • Good communication skills 
  • Basic computer skills
