As a Customer support associate, you need to understand customer requirements and help them book party services and upsell them.
This is an amazing opportunity if you love are excited about party planning.

Responsibilities:

Handle online party inquiries & help them book through email and phone calls.
To be able to answer customer inquiries using the standard guidelines properly.
Take ownership of the customer queries and proactively following through to resolution.

Required skills:

Extremely interested in taking calls with sharp focus on targets.
Good convincing skills
Good communication skills
Basic computer skills
