  • Job Title: CRE (Tele-Caller)
  • Function: Operations
Job Description: -
  • Ensure complete and correct information is transferred to the customer on every call
  • Meet call quality above 80% Adherence to process & scripts
  • Should handle the customers confidently and assertively
  • Ensure 100% customer satisfaction on all the calls handled and improve the overall CSAT
  • Should be fine with rotational week offs as per the process requirement
  • Ensure minimum login hours are met
  • Meet the basic process metrics management like Dial out, ACHT, Connects, and Leads per day, meeting rate, conversion rate, Survey %, Conversion C-SAT scores, Call quality scores, Product test scores. etc. as defined for his level.
  • Reporting basic escalation to supervisor
Knowledge & Skills: - 
  • Should be able to communicate in English, Hindi & any regional language
  • Should be able to understand and comprehend English/Hindi
  • Clarity of Speech
  • Limited MTI affecting pronunciation/Understanding
  • Customer’s centricity
  • Should have basic knowledge of operating computer
  • Should have basic typing knowledge. 20-25 words per minute
  • Working Hours: Mon to Sunday ( 6 Day a week) rotational shift 1 week off in 7 days
