Job Description

• To attend customer calls and provide them with the required information.
• To coordinate with other departments for resolving customer's complaints and fulfilling their requests. 

Needs to key in the details of the conversation with the customer and backend team.

• Skills Required:
• Any graduate with good communication skills.
• Undergraduate with similar work experience is also preferred
• Should be well versed with English, Hindi & Telugu language
• Experience:0-5 years.
• Salary details;
• Fresher: 12000/- Gross per month
• Exp: depends upon their experience & max 16k Gross/Month.
• No transportation facility.
• Rotational shifts.
• 6 am to 7 pm rotational, 9 hrs working.
• 6 days in a week, rotational week offs,6 weeks off/month.
• Job Location: Banjara Hills/ Punjagutta-Hyderabad
