We are an IT/ITES services company providing customer care support to our clients. We work for a client who is providing Internet based streaming services on OTT platform. Our client has lot streaming content like web series, short films, movies, comics etc. Our client provides a subscription based service within India where customers has to subscribe to watch the content online. So we are providing customer care support to our client. We are looking for employees who can help our customers. Its an inbound call process where employees will get calls from customers across India, especially from southern part. We need Male/Female employees having good communication skills in English, Hindi and Telugu As per our client, every employee has to answer maximum of 70-80 calls per day and Its a Day shift(9:30AM to 7PM). We will receive calls from customers related to their subscription, promotion codes, gift cards and also from the aspirants(who want to build their career in acting) to know the location where the auditions going on during that auditions period.
