Designation: Customer Support Executive
• Answer inbound/outbound calls professionally and provide
information about our car workshop services and repair works done to customers.
• Keep records of customer interactions and transactions, details of inquiries, complaints, and comments, as well as actions taken.
• Follow up to ensure that appropriate actions are taken on customer requests.
• Refer unresolved customer grievances or special requests to designated departments for further investigation
*Attend incoming customers at the workshop; greet them with a smile, good personality with strong communication skills, and co-ordinate with other department staff.
A bachelor’s degree in administration or related field.
A minimum of 3-8 years experience.
Excellent interpersonal and written and oral communication skills.
Ability to lead a team.
Knowledge of CRM systems.
Computer skills.
Knowledge of mediation and
conflict resolution techniques is preferable.
Pay Scale: Rs.20000-24000
