Job Description:

We are expanding the scope of our BPO services and hence seeking customer-oriented service representatives for out to provide product/services information and resolve any emerging problems that our clients might face with accuracy and efficiency.
The target is to ensure excellent service standards and maintain high customer satisfaction.
Positions: Customer Support Executive
Number of Positions: 02
Qualification: HSC/SSC/Under-Graduates
Location: Andheri (East),Mumbai
Shifts: Day Shift

Requirements :

Good communication and presentation skills(English/ Hindi/Regional)
Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
Knowledge of any regional language will be added advantage
Answering Incoming calls and attending customer queries.
Providing prompt and accurate information with professional and courteous customer service.
Effectively manage large amounts of incoming calls
Identify and assess customers needs to achieve satisfaction
Build sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive communication
Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools
Handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives
Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents.
