FactSet is currently seeking a team member to expand the footprint of our new Identity Management program. The ideal candidate will be passionate about Cybersecurity and will be able to work with subject matter experts in the areas of access control, secrets vaulting, directory services, and compliance reporting to bring consistent automation tooling to various sources of employee data and access management.
Responsibilities: Onboard applications into our single sign-on and user provisioning / de-provisioning system (Okta) Work with the IAM directory services subject matter expert to implement an automation framework for distributed directory services Work with the IAM privileged access management subject matter expert to onboard users into our privileged access management system (CyberArk) Provide reporting for various audit and compliance requirements Provide escalated administrative support for systems as needed Participation in an on-call rotation for occasional after-hours services and support Enhance security controls and methods to align with industry best practices, new compliance obligations, and threat prevention Contribute to continual process improvement initiatives. Improve security service delivery quality and reduce risk Improve understanding of security, infrastructure design, and operation of security controls
Required Skills: 3 years of relevant Security Engineering, Systems Engineering or Software Engineering experience Proven experience troubleshooting and solving issues related to identities, access, accounts, authentication, authorization, entitlements, and permissions.
Experience as an administrator of at least one Identity & Access Management system (e.g. Okta, Sailpoint, local Active Directory domain, ADFS, Azure AD, AWS IAM, CyberArk, Centrify, BeyondTrust or other products in those families)
Experience in writing technical documentation and process documentation (e.g. technical: deployment diagrams and process: flow charts for account creation) Thorough, detail-oriented and quality-driven with excellent communication and inter-personal skills Ability to identity automation opportunities based on a variety of inputs including support tickets, interaction with peers, logs, compliance initiatives, etc. Ability to multi-task and manage demands of many projects, issues, and tasks Ability to coordinate with peers and customers across multiple continents Ability to perform duties with minimal supervision
Preferred Skills: Experience administering Okta and/or Sailpoint for user provisioning and de-provisioning and entitlement management Experience administering Okta for single-sign-on Experience with authentication/authorization protocols like SAML, OAUTH2, OpenIDConnect, Kerberos, NTLM Experience administering CyberArk for Privileged Access Management Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science/Engineering or related field Relevant industry training and/or certification.
