Job Summary

We’re looking for a detail-oriented Junior Analyst to support data analysis, reporting, and research activities. This entry-level role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with data, spotting trends, and turning information into actionable insights while learning from senior analysts.

Key Responsibilities

• Collect, clean, and organize data from multiple sources

• Assist in analyzing data to identify trends, patterns, and insights

• Prepare reports, dashboards, and presentations for stakeholders

• Support senior analysts with research, forecasting, and ad-hoc analysis

• Maintain data accuracy and documentation

• Help improve processes and analytical tools

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams as needed

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Statistics, Mathematics, Data Analytics, or a related field

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, formulas, basic analysis)

• Basic understanding of data analysis concepts

• Good communication and presentation skills

• Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines

Preferred / Nice-to-Have Skills

• Experience with SQL, Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools

• Basic knowledge of Python or R

• Internship or project experience in analysis or reporting

• Understanding of industry-specific data (finance, operations, marketing, etc.)
